By joining JerryAir Virtual Airline you agree to these terms.
Virtual airline status
JerryAir is a virtual airline: a flight simulation community. We are not affiliated with any real airline. No real money changes hands, no real services are provided and every operation is simulated.
Your account
Accounts are personal and can’t be transferred. Give accurate details when you register. One account per person.
Software and simulators
You must hold valid licences for any flight simulator software you use. JerryAir doesn’t provide software.
Flight data
Flight data you send in a PIREP is stored and shown in the JerryAir system. By filing a PIREP you agree to it being used for statistics, records and display in the community.
Ending membership
JerryAir may end a membership for breaches of the Code of Conduct or these Terms at any time. You can also resign at any time.
Liability
JerryAir isn’t liable for any loss or damage arising from taking part in the virtual airline.
Changes
These terms may be updated. Members are told about significant changes through the NOTAM system.
