JerryAir is committed to protecting your personal data.
What we collect
During the application we collect your first and last name, your email address and a password used only for this application. When you give consent we also record your IP address and browser details for audit purposes.
How we use it
Your data is used only to process your application. If the application isn’t completed, or it expires, it is permanently deleted after 7 days.
How long we keep it
Unfinished or expired applications are permanently deleted within 7 days of expiry. Nothing is kept after that, unless your application succeeds and you create a JerryAir account.
Your rights
You can ask us to delete your application data at any time. You can also simply stop at any stage: the application then expires on its own.
No third parties
Your application data is never shared with third parties.
Cookies and this website
This website uses only the cookies it needs to work: one that keeps your session (and, if you choose, keeps you signed in), a security token that protects its forms, and one that remembers the cookie notice has been seen. Your browser also keeps a few of your preferences for this site, such as the time of day you picked and the newest news post you have read. There are no advertising or tracking cookies. Pilot photos on the About page and the live map come from Gravatar, which receives a coded (hashed) form of the pilot’s email address.
