Code of Conduct
As a member of JerryAir Virtual Airline you commit to these standards at all times.
Respect and conduct
Treat fellow pilots, staff and guests with courtesy and respect. Harassment, discrimination, offensive language and disruptive behaviour have no place in our community.
Professional standards
JerryAir operates as a professional virtual airline. Every flight is flown professionally: accurate PIREPs, correct phraseology, proper use of our systems and adherence to operating procedures.
Flight operations
Every JerryAir flight is flown online on VATSIM, under the VATSIM ID on your account: no IVAO, no offline flights. Use the aircraft types approved for each route, and plan with SimBrief or another approved dispatch tool where required.
Communication
Communicate professionally on ATC networks and in JerryAir channels. Follow ATC instructions at all times where they apply.
PIREP integrity
Every PIREP must be honest and accurate. Falsifying flight data is a serious violation and leads to immediate removal.
Activity
Keep up a reasonable level of activity. Long periods of inactivity without notice may lead to a review of your account.
NOTAMs
Read and acknowledge the required NOTAMs before you use the planning and dispatch features. NOTAMs tell you about operational changes; ignoring them is not acceptable.
Discipline
JerryAir staff may issue warnings, suspend or remove members who repeatedly or seriously break this Code of Conduct. Decisions are made by the management team and are final.
